Before the Meeting

  • - Prepare your comments or questions
  • - Note the public comment period time
  • - Test virtual meeting links in advance

  • - Sign up for public comment early
  • - Keep comments focused and brief (2-3 min)
  • - State your name and neighborhood
  • - Be specific about your concerns

Language Assistance Available

Under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, transportation agencies must provide language assistance to people with limited English proficiency. Contact the agency before the meeting to request interpretation services.
